14 Nov Meet the Team – Coco
Coco Robertson-Riley : Graphic Designer
Another blog and another opportunity to introduce you to a new member of our growing team. Ladies and Gentlemen, meet Coco Robertson-Riley. Coco joins us from an e-commerce business and really enjoys the logo and stationery side of design – so if yours need refreshing then make sure you drop her a line. So, here’s a little opportunity to get to know Coco a bit better.
Tell us a bit about yourself, where did you go to school, what have you been up to?
I studied Graphic Design at UWE Bristol. I have previously worked as an in house designer for ShopTo.net and Black Hound Sports (polo brand) as well as some freelance work along the way.
From where/what do you get creative inspiration?
Oooh, that’s a tricky one… You never know when you are going to feel inspired! Most often I am inspired by people, places & other artists. I love getting creative with bright and colourful designs. I get inspired by all kinds of things – one of my favourites is animals (could be anything from logos, illustrations, photography, drawings). I also have a passion for fashion photography – Mario Testino & Rankin are my faves 🙂
Favourite place travelled to?
Easy – Ibiza!
Favourite Music Genre/band?
I love Dance music and Pop – nothing too heavy! P!nk is my favourite artist.
How do you spend your downtime?
I have a Siberian Husky who takes up a lot of my time. I run with her every day and in the winter we race at weekends (sports called CaniX and bikejoring) in the Summer we show and are off to Crufts next year 🙂
If you could be a superhero, who would you choose and why?
Iron Man. Because he’s intelligent, funny and can fly! He also lives in the most amazing penthouse!
If I wasn’t a designer I would probably be…
…you can be so creative with photography. The world is literally your oyster!
Tell us something we might not know about you
Once upon a time I came runner-up in a Miss England beauty pageant.
Coco is our very own ray of sunlight and brings a lot of energy to the studio, we’re delighted she’s on board and can’t wait to unleash her ‘can-do’ attitude on our clients!
